These Terms apply to all users globally and form a legally binding agreement between you and ORBIQO (a brand owned and operated by WISEKRAFT).

2. Contract of Sale

All orders placed through our website constitute an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we have dispatched the products and sent you a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, or suspicion of fraud. If we cancel an order after your payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Our products are fulfilled through a global network of manufacturing and logistics partners. This includes both made-to-order production and inventory-based fulfilment models, supported by third-party logistics providers located in different countries.

As a result, products may be shipped from different locations and delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order and destination.

7. Returns & Refunds

All returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

  • Not misuse chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our services in cases of abuse or fraud.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, customs delays, strikes, carrier disruptions, or government actions.

13. Chargebacks & Disputes

You agree to contact us before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to submit all order details, communication records, tracking data, fraud indicators, and this agreement as evidence in dispute resolution processes.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account restriction.

14. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as payment gateways) or links to third-party websites (such as social media feeds). We neither monitor nor have any control over these. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools and links "as is" without any warranties, representations, or endorsements. 15. Data Processing for Order Fulfilment

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that we must share your personal data (including name, shipping address, and contact details) with our global network of third-party manufacturing partners, logistics providers, and shipping carriers to fulfill the contract of sale.

You explicitly consent to the transfer and processing of your data across international borders as necessary for production, delivery, and order tracking. Additionally, data may be shared with third-party service providers, including our platform provider (Shopify), payment gateways, and advertising platforms, to facilitate transactions and improve our services. All data processing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. However, this choice of jurisdiction is without prejudice to your mandatory local consumer rights; consumers may retain any rights available to them under the laws of their country of residence, which shall apply where required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.

19. No Waiver

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ORBIQO (a brand owned and operated by WISEKRAFT).

21. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
