This guide provides essential information for customers visiting our store for the first time.

    • ORBIQO is operated and marketed by WISEKRAFT (Technology & Ecommerce Firm) based in Bengaluru, India.

    • We currently serve our customers through two dedicated storefronts:

    • Store Legal Policies:
    • Shopping Experience:
      • Customers are automatically directed to the most relevant market based on geolocation when they visit our storefront.
      • Customers can browse the full catalog without logging in.
      • Products from other markets can be explored via the market selector in the top menu.
      • Visitors from unsupported regions are redirected to the default US market.

    • Purchase Experience:
      • An account is required to complete a purchase.

      • Sign-in Options:
        • Google account
        • Email + One-Time Password (OTP)
        • Shopify Shop account

      • Checkout & Payments:
        • Purchases can only be completed if products are available in the market matching the delivery address.
        • Payments are processed securely via PayPal
        • All transactions are processed exclusively in USD (applicable for all markets & all customers).

    • Manufacturing, Fulfilment & Shipping:

      • Production & Fulfilment Network:
        • We collaborate with global production and fulfilment partners.
        • At present, we work with three primary production partners. Two of these partners are based in the United States and the United Kingdom, with having fulfilment centres across multiple countries, enabling local production and delivery in select markets.
        • We also work with one China-based partner who manages manufacturing and worldwide shipping from China.
        • Production and fulfilment from India are managed directly by ORBIQO in collaboration with local production partners. At present, a limited selection of products is available through our global storefront; however, a substantial expansion of our product range and collections is planned by the end of this year or early next year.
      • Order fulfilment may be local or international depending on product and delivery address.
      • FREE SHIPPING is currently available for all products.

    • Duties, Taxes & Shipping Method:
      • Some products ship locally → No import duties or taxes
      • In case of International shipment, we optimize for DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). Most of our orders are shipping through DDP shipping method, so Duties and taxes are prepaid, customer don't need to worry about them on delivery.
      • In some cases, shipments may be sent through DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Customs may charge duties upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
      • Each Product detail page clearly state whether an item ships through DDP or DDU.
      • Customs processing delays may occur and are outside our control.

    • Order Tracking:
      • Customer will get Instant automated order confirmation email after purchase.
      • Processing time varies depending on the product and our production partner (please check the product detail page)
      • Tracking number will be automatically available in your customer account order history page.
      • We also integrated a third party app at our storefront for order tracking, which provides detailed courier tracking to customers. This is available in your customer account order history page.

    • Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

        • Our full Refund Policy takes precedence in legal matters.
      • Eligible Returns:
        • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
        • Standard items (size issues or change of mind)
      • Not Eligible For Return:
        • Personalised items
        • Hygiene products (intimates, swimwear, underwear, gymwear)
        • Sale/discounted items
        • Gift cards
      • Delivery Failures:
        • No refund for refused or unclaimed deliveries
        • No refund for incorrect shipping address entered at checkout
      • Return Conditions:
        • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
        • Return request within 14 days of delivery
        • Approved items must be shipped within 7 days

      • Return Shipping Responsibility:
        • Faulty / Incorrect Items:
          • Report within 48 hours with photo/video proof
          • Eligible for free replacement or refund
        • Change of Mind / Size Issues:
          • Customer pays return shipping and import duties
          • Customer must arrange courier and paperwork
          • Tracking number is mandatory
          • Returns must be shipped to our India hub

      • Return Process:

        • Submit return request with photos/videos
        • Wait 24–48 hrs for approval
        • Ship item and upload tracking
        • Inspection and refund processing

      • Refund & Exchange:
        • Refunds issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.
        • No direct exchanges. Please reorder after refund.
