    • ORBIQO Domestic / India Store (orbiqo.com): INELIGIBLE. We have not yet launched an Affiliate program for our domestic storefront.   • Eligibility:
    • Age:

    • Geography:
      • We welcome applications from creators and publishers located anywhere in the world, provided their audience is primarily located in our target global markets.
    • Creator Personas:
      • Social Media Creators: Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter)
      • Digital Publishers: Fashion & lifestyle bloggers, review websites, editorial publications
      • Content Communities: Newsletter publishers, style communities, curated shopping guides, and approved digital marketing partners
    • Ineligible Partners (*for this program):
      • Public coupon or deal aggregator websites
      • Cashback and loyalty reward portals
      • Browser extensions, toolbars, or automated coupon injection software
      • Retargeting networks, pop-up/pop-under ad networks, or iframe masking sites

  • Commission Structure, Order Validation & Special Perks:
    • Commission Rate: 12% commission on every Qualified Purchase. Commissions are calculated strictly on the Net Merchandise Value.
    • Qualified Purchase: A customer order placed through a valid affiliate tracking link that is successfully tracked, fully paid, successfully fulfilled, and verified by ORBIQO, and that has not been cancelled, returned, refunded, disputed, duplicated, or identified as fraudulent or otherwise ineligible under these Program Terms.
    • Net Merchandise Value (NMV): the value of eligible products purchased, excluding taxes, shipping, customs duties, gift wrapping, payment processing charges, discounts, promotional credits, store credit, gift cards, and any other non-product charges.
    • (*Conditional) Performance Incentives, Custom Perks & Product Gifting: ORBIQO may, at its sole discretion, provide selected affiliates with special benefits such as limited-time higher commission rates, exclusive promotional codes, customised discounts, early access to new collections, or complimentary sample products ("gifting"). These benefits are offered based on affiliate performance and business needs and are available only to selected affiliates. Such incentives are communicated individually and are not part of the standard Affiliate Program. They do not create any right or guarantee of receiving similar offers in the future. ORBIQO reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any incentive at any time without prior notice.

  • Tracking:
    • Third-Party Tracking Platforms: We currently use third-party platforms to manage our Affiliate Program. These platforms provide the infrastructure and tracking capabilities required to support both affiliates and ORBIQO.
    • Attribution Window: 30 Days (Last-Click Attribution)
    • Multi-Platform & Network Attribution Rules:
      • Cross-Network Policy: ORBIQO may operate affiliate activities across one or more affiliate networks or software platforms. Duplicate commissions for the same customer purchase across multiple networks are strictly prohibited.
      • Source of Truth: In the event of a cross-platform tracking overlap or attribution dispute, ORBIQO’s internal order records and backend systems shall serve as the final source of truth.

  • Commission Holding Period & Payment Terms:
    • 30-Day Commission Holding Period from the customer purchase date.
    • Payout Channel: Payments are processed via PayPal or through Third Party platform on which our affiliate program is running.
    • Payout Schedule: Approved commissions are paid out monthly between the 1st and 10th of each month (in batch payouts) for all earnings that have completed their required 30-day commission holding period.
  • Promotional Guidelines & Strict Prohibitions:
    • PPC & Search Engine Bidding Policy: Affiliates must not bid on ORBIQO brand keywords or trademarked terms. Affiliates running paid search campaigns must add ORBIQO brand terms as negative keywords wherever applicable.
    • Coupon Code & Browser Extension Rules: Affiliates must not publish unauthorised ORBIQO coupon codes, expired offers, or misleading discounts. Coupon and deal websites require prior written approval from ORBIQO.
    • Fraud, Self-Referrals & Misrepresentation: No Self-Referrals, No Automated Traffic (Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, bot traffic, automated scripts, or fake accounts are strictly banned), No Brand Impersonation
    • Content Safety: Your promotional channels must not host, publish, or link to content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, discriminatory, or damaging to ORBIQO’s brand reputation.
    • Commission Reversal: ORBIQO reserves the right to reverse, cancel, deduct, or recover commissions that are later determined to be invalid, fraudulent, duplicated, incorrectly awarded, or associated with returned, refunded, cancelled, or disputed transactions.
    • Legal, Regulatory & Program Protections:
      • Advertising Disclosure & Regulatory Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable regional advertising regulations
      • Taxes & International Compliance: Affiliates act as independent contractors and are solely responsible for declaring, reporting, and paying all local income taxes
      • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WISEKRAFT, ORBIQO, and its officers, directors, and employees from any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, damages, legal fees, or regulatory fines arising out of your promotional activities, failure to disclose affiliate links, or breach of these Program Terms.
      • Intellectual Property License: Approved affiliates are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use official ORBIQO logos, banners, and product images solely to promote ORBIQO products under this program. All trademarks, logos, and digital assets remain the exclusive property of WISEKRAFT (firm) & ORBIQO (brand).
      • Independent Contractor Relationship: Participation does not create an employment, agency, joint venture, franchise, or partnership relationship between the affiliate and WISEKRAFT. Affiliates operate as independent marketing partners.
      • Program Modifications & Termination: ORBIQO reserves the right to modify commission rates, attribution rules, payout schedules, or migrate the affiliate program to an alternative tracking platform at any time. ORBIQO may also suspend or terminate the affiliate program at its sole discretion. Your continued participation in the program following notification or publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
      • Governing Law & Exclusive Jurisdiction: These Program Terms are governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes, claims, or actions arising from or relating to this program shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

        • Verify Sender Authenticity: Always double-check the "From" email address and domain on any offer, contract, or instruction you receive.
        • Security Notice: ORBIQO never request your passwords, credit card details, or payment processing credentials via email or telephone. If you receive a suspicious email or call claiming to be from ORBIQO, do not click on any links, share any information, or engage with the sender. Instead, report the incident immediately to affiliate@orbiqo.com for verification.
