Shipping policy

By placing an order with ORBIQO (a brand owned and operated by WISEKRAFT), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Shipping Policy. This policy is clearly displayed on our website prior to checkout and forms part of the binding contract of sale.


1. Order Processing & Fulfilment

Orders are processed through our global manufacturing and logistics network, which may include internal teams and/or third-party production and fulfilment partners depending on product type and destination.

Fulfilment location may vary based on product availability, logistics efficiency, and destination.

Order processing times:

  • Standard items: 1–5 business days

  • Made-to-order items: may require additional production time before dispatch

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes processing and shipping.

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days, depending on destination and fulfilment location.

In certain cases (including made-to-order items, remote locations, customs clearance delays, or peak demand periods), delivery may take up to 3–4 weeks.

Important notes:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed

  • Items in the same order may arrive separately

  • Orders may be fulfilled from multiple international locations

  • Delays may occur due to customs or carrier processing


3. Split Shipments

Orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on fulfilment location.

No additional shipping charges will be applied by us for split shipments unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (where applicable) remain the responsibility of the customer, as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.


4. Tracking Information

Tracking details are provided once the order is shipped.

Tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to become active depending on carrier systems.


5. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs clearance

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal demand

  • Government or regulatory actions

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation or refund requests.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders may be shipped under Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), depending on product and destination.

The applicable duty method is clearly indicated on the product detail page and/or shipping information page prior to purchase.

Where applicable:

  • DDP shipments include duties and taxes where specified

  • DDU shipments require the customer to pay all applicable import duties, VAT/GST, and local fees

Failure to pay import duties or taxes may result in delivery delays, return, or disposal of the shipment by the carrier.


7. Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, it is considered successfully delivered.

Carrier records (including tracking scans, GPS data, and photographic proof where available) shall be considered valid proof of delivery.


8. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

We may be unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted locations depending on the carrier. In such cases, we may request an alternative address, which may cause delays.


9. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept delivery

  • Refusal or non-payment of customs duties or import taxes

The following conditions apply:

  • Deduction of Costs: Any return shipping fees, brokerage charges, or "Return to Sender" (RTS) costs billed to ORBIQO by the carrier will be deducted from the customer’s refund.

  • Abandonment: If the cost of returning the package exceeds the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned by the carrier. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

  • Reshipping: We may offer to reship the order at the customer’s expense. For Made-to-Order items, reshipping is the only option, as these items cannot be returned to stock.

  • Case-by-Case Assessment: Refunds for returned shipments are not guaranteed and are issued only after the item is received, inspected, and all applicable logistics costs are deducted.


10. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier, in accordance with applicable law in the destination country.


11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Customs delays

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Government actions

  • Supply chain interruptions


12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Shipping Policy and all purchases made through ORBIQO (a brand owned and operated by WISEKRAFT) are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising in connection with shipping, delivery, or fulfilment shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to the extent permitted by applicable law. However, consumers may retain rights under mandatory laws of their country of residence.


13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates apply to orders placed after the revised date.
